A Complete End to End Service
From initial profiling through to CSCS and CPCS registration, we provide a total service, whatever the size and scale of your business.
There are no classrooms and no exams – we take care of everything, our NVQs are delivered on site through a process called OSAT (On Site Assessment & Training). This means that your team continues to work whilst our assessors observe, coach and record. Our aim is to limit and reduce any impact to your productivity.
We provide a wide range of construction and plant NVQs at levels 2 and 3, as well as plant operator testing, Site Safety Plus (SSSTS, SMSTS) courses, construction apprenticeships and other training courses.

Why Your Team Needs VRQs
Clients and government are increasingly demanding a safety-focused and qualified workforce. Businesses that develop their workforce by embracing NVQs put themselves ahead of the curve – improving their efficiency, as well as being in the best position to win new contracts and work.
National Vocational Qualifications (NVQs) provide the ideal way to transform your workforce and business opportunities. VRQs are the national standard, recognised throughout the industry and essential for CSCS compliance.
Pearson in Practice assessors observe your operatives in order to build an NVQ Portfolio of Evidence. Our assessors also complete all the necessary paperwork to ensure everything is in place (NVQ registration, health and safety test, CSCS/CPCS card application). Where any writing is required, we’ll provide a helping hand to anyone encountering difficulties.
Usually three site visits are required for our assessor to complete the Portfolio. By observing your operatives whilst they work, we limit the need for any downtime – meaning minimal effect upon productivity.
Once the NVQ is completed your operatives will receive a Certificate of Achievement from the awarding body, followed soon after by their CSCS or CPCS card. |
