Why become an Apprentice?
Apprenticeships
An Apprenticeship is a real job for a real employer. They learn on-the-job, undertaking qualifications while gaining essential work experience – earning while learning. Apprentices work towards nationally recognised qualifications and employers from all over the country recognise and value the benefits of an Apprenticeship.
Our Apprenticeships have been designed with the help of industry experts, so they deliver the skills and qualifications that the relevant sector needs, and benefit the apprentice. Apprenticeships are usually delivered part on-the-job, and part off-the-job at a location convenient to the apprentice.
Apprenticeships are open to anyone over 16 living in England and not taking part in full-time education. There is no upper age limit. Entry requirements are flexible and vary according to the job role and sector.
