Every year, we provide many thousands of high quality Apprenticeships, work-based and specialised training programmes. These can be delivered locally and internationally, by a combination of different teaching methods – in the classroom, the workplace and through distance and e-learning.

Currently in the UK, we are delivering over 15,000 training and development programmes and more than 5,000 Apprenticeships annually. Our Apprenticeship success rate is over 96% and our ratings by the UK’s government’s education standards agency, Ofsted, range from good to outstanding. Independent research by the ROI Academy also verifies the high quality of our training.

Our expert tutors, most of whom are experienced industry professionals, offer learner-focused, employer-driven training that is built around individuals’ needs and business objectives. It is targeted, flexible and the best in its class.

At Pearson in Practice, we are committed to working with companies of all shapes and sizes to develop and deliver a training and development plan designed to meet your needs. It is not a one size fits all approach but a partnership between the employer and Pearson in Practice.
