Customer Service
Why this course?
Businesses around the world invest heavily in customer service professionals in order to establish and develop customer loyalty, and in turn, secure revenue. Customer service skills are transferable across sectors, enabling apprentices to choose from a wide career path. Our Apprenticeship programmes provide apprentices with the practical skills they need to secure and succeed within customer service roles. We offer an Intermediate and Advanced Apprenticeship in Customer Service.
Duration
The Intermediate programme runs for approximately 9 months, the Advanced for 12 months. All learners will complete part of their training in the workplace and part in a Pearson in Practice Training Centre.
All learners study for the following qualifications:
- Edexcel Level 2 (Intermediate) Certificate/Diploma in Customer Service or Edexcel Level 3 (Advanced) Certificate/Diploma in Customer Service
- Edexcel Level 2 (Intermediate) BTEC Certificate in Customer Service or Edexcel Level 3 (Advanced) BTEC Certificate in Customer Service
- Key Skills: Application of Number
- Key Skills: Communication
All apprentices will develop their awareness and responsibilities for health and safety and will gain communication, presentation and team working skills.
