We currently offer the following three Apprenticeships our Business Administration and Management programme:

Business Administration

Business Administration is a fundamental part of corporate and non-corporate operations. This Apprenticeship enables apprentices to develop and establish and develop a variety of administrative skills and improve their communication and IT proficiency. We offer an Intermediate and an Advanced Apprenticeship in Business Administration.

Improving Operational Performance

The Improving Operational Performance Apprenticeship is suitable for anyone whose work involves improving business performance. A key part of the programme is Business Improvement Techniques (B-IT) which benefits organisations in all Sectors where there is a need to review business processes in order to identify and eliminate waste and improve quality.

Team Leader/Section Supervisor

This intermediate level apprenticeship provides learners with the essential skills they need to succeed in team leader/supervisor roles. Learners will develop an understanding of how to manage personal development, establish working relationships, manage conflict and participating in and lead meetings.
